March 7 Toronto Show - Amazing!!!

    Hello

This was my first Hawksley show! What a show it was. I was amazed at the beauty his music projected through out the entire evening. His voice was absolutely stunning, that some songs brought me to tears (my friend as well). I was amazed to see him play so may instruments and all with a smile. I could see he was enjoying every moment he was on stage. His energy was electrifying. He has changed the way i view music.  He is so talented, funny, sexy, quirky, sincere, & fantastic. The band was amazing also. I am not sure of the woman's name, but her voice gave me chills! I have never been to a concert of this caliber. WOW!! I am grateful to the sweet soul that sold me their tickets. The whole experience will be with me forever. I am looking forward to seeing him again!

My 2 cents months after the fact! But yes indeed Hawskley was fantastic as always. Waiting in the snow storm was totally worth it. BOTH nights! ;p] Loved the toy insturment recital at the beginning, his always witty banter, the interaction between Hawklsey and his bandmates, the mood/outfit change for the end of the set when he kicked it into gear with his funky tunes - all fantasic. I've seen him more times than I can count over the years and he is still my favorite live act. He never disappoints! ;p]

Fun moment after the second night: went for a quick bite with my friends (even though the snow was still coming down). When we left the restaurant, Hawksley and the boys were still loading out so we said some quick hellos. My friend was parked right in front of their van and we both had to borrow a restaurants shovel to dig out!

I saw the first show of the tour in Ottawa. It was unforgettable, I never wanted it to end. Does anyone know who the sax/bass clarinetist was?
